To use as a marinade:
Cover pork steaks with Olde Settlement Dressing and let marinade up to 24 hours.
Place steaks on grill till done. Meat will melt in your mouth!
Inject a pork roast several times with Olde Settlement Dressing.
Place roast on grill in a uncovered pan on direct low heat or directly on the grill away from the direct heat. Cook until 160°.
Great marinade for chicken breast , turkey mignons and cutlets.
Try as a glaze on your favorite seafood!
